Yippy! Hazzzah! Wooohooo!
Today, the 25th of July in the year of our Lord 2008, will be my last day working for the Office of Office of Pro-Life Activities and Chaste Living. Let me just say it has been a challenge! Working in the ministry of Pro-Life has been wonderful and educatinal. Working with some of the characters has been testing. Let's just say I've got a pretty good couselors face now! ;~)
I have worked here for over a year now and I'm looking forward to a break and just relaxing into my studies and being able to focus on justice work at St. Austin. My heart rests with those who are marginalized, homeless, and hungry. St. Austin Parish really does a good job of providing for the needs of the homeless. I just hope that I can find a spot to serve in soon!
Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know how happy I am to be quitting a job!
